Make Cash with Focus Forward Online
There are two ways for you to make cash from their network: 1) Completing a survey study(online and offline), 2) Referral reward.

1. Surveys For Cash
Referring to my previous statement, Focus Forward Online offers two different ways of completing a survey study which are online surveys and offline focus group.

For online surveys, you will have to take the market research surveys via Internet. Occasionally, they will ask you to update your profile to ensure you will be given the appropriate survey and thus, generating more studies that often offers a higher cash incentives. A typical 15 - 20 minutes survey will be compensated with $1 to $5 per survey.

For offline focus groups, you will have to participate for live in-person focus groups, product testing(homework assignments), web seminars or phone interviews for cash rewards. Although the frequency of receiving an offline study is much less than online surveys, the compensation paid by Focus Forward will definitely be higher. A typical offline surveys will generate anywhere from $50 to $200 per session.

2. Referrals
They have an excellent feature from which you can promote your friends to enroll Focus Forward by distributing a standard invitation email that contains your referral link. For each person you referred to their network, you will be paid with $2 whenever they completed their first survey.

Payments
Both online and offline study have a different payments schedule and procedure. For online surveys, you can request a check payment when your account balance reaches $10 USD. Please note that only cash incentives gained from online surveys will count as your earnings. As for offline focus groups, Focus Forward will automatically send a check within 2-4 weeks from the day the task is completed. The amount you receive from offline jobs will not add up into your online account.

For me, Focus Forward Online is a great paid survey site that offer a nice cash compensation to their survey takers. Just by completing 3 or 4 surveys, you can already reach the minimum payout of $10. On top of that, attending to an offline focus group once a while can be a great source of extra income that you can do it leisurely. Usually, you would get one offline focus group invitation in every 2 months.
